DELIVERANCE is one of the best of the decade,and with that shock ending,certainly gave Brian De Palma and Sean S Cunningham a wee push in the right direction.
GET CARTER is Caine's finest performance bar none.He oozes cool,calm and collectiveness.The first time I saw it,I was flabberghasted at that shock ending.......
DOG DAY AFTERNOON is one of legend Pacino's finest performances,not to mention the criminally underrated John Cazale,who was tragically lost to the acting world at a relatively young age.
A CLOCKWORK ORANGE is Kubrick's finest IMO,a thought provoking film with a stellar performance from McDowell as the evil yet charming bastard Alex.
