Even in this technological age, a lot of people either don't/won't import discs and/or don't shop online.
It's even been mentioned that the bulk of Arrow and Shameless' sales come from over the counter purchases.
Understandable in some ways, really: 1 unit sold at HMV = price of 10 units online
