A little, but in that picture he seems to wearing a purple dress with a lace skirt at the bottom -- he always looks better in overalls.

The bloke on the floor probably has the most disturbing view, looking up Leatherface's skirt!

As the other artwork illustrates, he looks much better with a shirt and tie and apron.
