Yes, The Exorcist is also one of my top films of all time. Let's hope Friedkin doesn't do too much tinkering with it. I'm hoping the original untampered version is on the disc as well as The Version I Never Want To See Again.

Back to City - an awesome package and is now a prized possession and sits proudly on my shelf in between New York Ripper and The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Well done to all concerned, you've outdone yourselves.

It is an excellent all round package.

Arrow do a great job on these DVD and Blu-ray releases.

Just watched the movie and all the extras last night, and I was blown away by the presentation

Incredible how far we have come these days when it comes to remastering these old classics. What looked so amazing 10 years ago on DVD feels and looks like a worn 6th generation VHS copy in comparision.

BIG THANX to ALL involved with this superb BD edition

Time to put the poster and the postcards in a frame

Just wondering, is Arrow aware that Play.com at this moment still has the Blu-ray listed as "Pre-order. | Due for release on 24/05/2010"? I imagine they're one of the more important retailers for this, and I also noticed on other boards people are canceling their (pre-?)orders for this. I ended up re-ordering from Amazon.

I should probably contact Play about this and not Arrow, but it might be worthwhile information, sales wise.

I don't think anyone does! And since Fulci isn't around to answer the question I guess we'll have to remain confused by it. One of the explanations given is that the kid is actually a zombie - or MacColl is; after all she died and returned and was affected by the demonic priest (eyes filling up with blood) whereas the fella with her wasn't...so....who knows. Some say that there was a problem at the film processing lab and part of the film was damaged so they used that weird ending instead.

So, make up your own mind!

Was just wondering if it would be possible for the guys at the lab to release some obscure Fucli classics like Contraband (The Naples Connection) or Maybe The Psychic, Don't Torture a Duckling, or Conquest...
