Competition Special Offer - House by the Cemetery Screening

I noticed when the screening of House by the Cemetery was announced that the ticket price was taking a few breaths away so I've been having a chat with the lovely people at the Curzon and they've very kindly come up with this offer.

Here we go:

To celebrate the 29th June DVD release of The House By The Cemetery - fully uncut for the first time ever - Arrow Video have teamed up with Cine Excess III to bring Fulci's classic shocker onto the big screen for a one-off outing for the first time in London since the days of rental video tapes!

The House By The Cemetery is showing at the Curzon Soho on Friday 1st May at 9.15.

http://www.curzoncinemas.com/venues/curzon_soho/

The Curzon are pleased to be able to offer members of Cult Laboratories a £3.00 discount off the standard ticket price of £12.00. To take up this offer, please quote “CINE EXCESS” when booking over the phone on 0871 7033988.

In addition to that anyone going to then screening will get an all-new A2 poster of the all-new artwork for The House By The Cemetery.

He done the artwork for that film, and then said it was awful in the Dark Side!

I meant the film not the art work. Try to persuade him to join this forum. he's hilarious. He made me laugh in his column by saying we should at least take a look at his art work before turning the page to see if Eileen Daly has got her tits out.

Ohhh.... it does borrow from an old artwork he'd done though which he suggested could work which it really has. I'm slowly tempting him on board - he has come for a read but was worried nobody would like the artwork so has just had a wee peek.

I like the artwork and i think everyone else does. Much better than most of the dvd sleeves you see in HMV.

Well, I'm one of those really annoying fusspots when it comes to video nasty artwork and generally howl if the cover is different - but I'm very impressed with the artwork on this.

I'm the same, i like the old 'nasty' art. But like you said the new stuff is impressive.
