right now i have the flu and i am skint, yet against all sanity and logic i went out to hmv and spent sixty quid on battle royale (blu), a bay of blood (blu) and deadly outlaw rekka, thus bringing my arrow collection up to date.
i felt like writing you all to say a big holiday thankyou for these marvelous packages, battle royale in particular is just gobsmacking brilliance, you truly are doing the lord's work! a very merry christmas to you all, and see you in the new year for deep red and all the other loveliness!

i hope so i also hope i don't sound sychophantic, i'm just a strong believer in credit where credit's due. it's very rare that i buy films full price on their day of release, i usually play it cool and wait for the sales, but in arrow's case i'm more than happy to shell out the full price. a great uk company doing great work, long may they continue.

Thanks mate - Naomi and I were up until 3am last night working on a new making of documentary for PHENOMENA so hearing such kind words, when Arrow goes the extra length with all its releases, is really nice!

I really love arrow's work on the battle royale special edition bluray!! It is better that any other release that the UK has for that film/films!!!
I know from a friend of mine that it is coming in a cinema soon as a cult screening!! He would not tell me where but he did tell me that it is in August?? Any info on this??
