Default Tokyo Decadence (ArrowDrome) - Official Thread

Tokyo Decadence DVD (ArrowDrome)

Erotic sex or dangerous fantasy?

From the writer of Takashi Miike’s Audition - Ryū Murakami - comes a journey into a dimly lit world of submission, obedience and restraint.

Ai is a college girl who works on the decadent fringes of Tokyo’s S&M scene, servicing the needs of rich men who want to dominate and be dominated. Working in an empty world of other peoples seedy desires, she longs for the love of an artist who has rejected her. Can she escape from the world of dangerous fantasies and risky sex she finds herself in and make her romantic delusions a reality?

Take a trip into the dark heart of prostitution and get a taste of Tokyo Decadence.

Great news; this is another one I've been meaning to pick up for ages so this will do nicely.

Does anyone have a poster or other artwork for Tokyo Decadence which they could scan and e-mail to me or Sarah? Arrow Video are after something interesting as alternate artwork and are open to suggestions.

My e-mail is David@cult-labs.com and Sarah's is Sarah@cult-labs.com and the more artwork, be it a poster, VHS or DVD sleeve, the better.

Will this feature the non-anamorphic transfer that was present on the original release?

As far as I know it's an anamorphic picture, but I'll check.

Good news indeed! If it does feature an anamorphic transfer then I will probably pick up a copy of this one.

That's only guesswork on my part, so please don't take that as gospel until it's been confirmation from Arrow HQ.
