Exclamation Arrow Video Titles Moving to ArrowDrome

As Arrow has recently announced their budget cult DVD label, ArrowDrome, they have decided to move several Arrow Video DVD titles over to this exciting new brand. The titles moving are:
  • House by the Cemetery + booklet
  • Deep Red DVD (only theatrical cut + booklet)
  • Day of the Dead (Disc 1 + Booklet)
  • Dawn of the Dead (Disc 1 + Booklet)
  • A Bay of Blood (Disc 1 + Booklet)
  • Battle Royale (1 disc edition)
No more Arrow Video DVD units of these titles will now be produced but they are still in stores so if you wish to purchase the Arrow Video versions of these titles, you can do so while stocks last. Details of artwork and so on will be coming out in the coming days and weeks so keep your eyes peeled if you’re looking forward to seeing these great titles in ArrowDrome’s distinctive packaging!

A note on Battle Royale: Copies of the Arrow Video Limited Edition DVD of Battle Royale are now very limited. Once retailers run out of stock, there will only be the Arrow Video Battle Royale Blu-ray. If you still want the Arrow Video Limited Edition DVD you will need to purchase it while stocks last as, after this, there will only be the ArrowDrome release. If, however, it is the Blu-ray you are after, there is still stock available direct from Arrow’s website.

Interesting! I think I'll snap up the originals that I don't have though. It's all to do with what they look like on the shelf

Not really a double-dipper but it's a good idea; I think getting films like this at a lower price really will interest a lot of people.

Great idea, I already own 'Dawn' but will snap up the others. As others say I hope Arrow nail it with the look/sleeve of these, how about a cool pale blue(love that look) or vivid red base with poster style artwork.

As Dawn of the Dead is a horror title, it will come in a red case, so the red artwork (similar to The Man with the Severed Head) is more likely although I really want to see what the artwork for these releases looks like and may double-dip.

I'd have thought Pervert, Savage Streets, Bare Behind Bars etc would have gone first into the Erotica or Action sets!
