Default Help me understand Arrowdrome

I understand Arrowdrome are budget titles that were once arrow video titles besides a few new titles exclusive to arrowdrome. I get that. But can someone answer the following. And if you can't, then don't.

1. If a title gets released that was once a 2 disc arrow video title, is the arrowdrome title just the first disc of the 2 disc set, or does it have new menu screen and extras.
2. Why does the sticker claim packed with extras if (as I keep hearing people say) there are none.
3. Did Arrowdrome come about due to loss of stock in the riots or was it a case of titles that didn't sell so well, being changed to arrowdrome.
4. Will titles that don't change to arrowdrome like island of death, still be produced for arrow video and not discontinued once stock has ran out.
5. Are the booklets with these arrowdrome titles the same as the arrowvideo ones.
6. Why do some titles move to arrowdrome like the romero films, I thought they would be massive sellers.

My understanding:

1. 1st Disc
2. The sticker refers to the BD versions
3. It was always a budget range, including DVD releases of the BD only AV titles, but range has since been expanded.
4. Nos?
5. Not bought any reissues, sorry. Nos?
6. I think it's the popular titles that are moving to be honest, as well as the BD only ones.

I can only answer your second question.

As far as I know, the sticker refers to the Arrow Video Blu-ray of the respective title, as it says "Also available in High Definition - Blu-ray Disc - Loaded with Special Features!".

Greetings!

Edit: You beat me to it, Baseball!

See, i KNEW that sticker would confuse people into thinking that all it meant was the dvs was loaded with extras and also available on blu-ray. I said as much on here.

Sorry the sticker confused me, but that's just me. I just assumed a sticker on a dvd mean't...I just didn't read it properly. I really do like the arrowdrome theme and look forward to buying some including Bay of Blood. Lastily I am right in thinking Arrowdrome is exclusive to dvd and not going to expand to budget BD?

Thanks Baseball and co also for answer my questions.

Arrowdrome was announced back in June.

No, just a booklet and in most cases, reversible artwork.

Another quick noob question: What makes the HMV exclusives on the complete Arrowdrome film list exclusive to them? Cheers.

Just the release date.

In a few cases, HMV had exclusive rights to some titles a week or so before they were released to everyone else.
