I agree Sam. The Japanese seemed to have a knack of combining the grindhouse with the arthouse and, as such, created a number of films that are at once beautiful but also sleazy and exploitative.

If you love the films mentioned you should also seek out Sex & Fury and Female Yakuza Tale amongst others.

Just bought the Eureka DVD set. Would like to get them on BD at some point, but the PQ looks very acceptable on these for now and at £2 was a steal!

Is this the full complete tv series of lone wolf and cub ? or just some of it ?

Because i bought the boxset of the films and just finshed watching them few days ago and wouldnt mind the full complete tv series.

Media Blasters released a second volume. Amazon.com: Lone Wolf and Cub, TV Series, Collection 2: Lone Wolf & Cub: Movies & TV I've been meaning to pick up both as I quite enjoy the films.
