It certainly is. They ruined Rolling Thunder for me. Maybe by some miracle, they've changed it to the way this is. I'll let someone else buy it before I decide whether or not to buy it (yes, that means I won't buy it with that hideous banner).

I rarely buy things because of Irish ratings logo's too. Imo, the Rolling Thunder cover looks like crap with that banner.
