These are indeed the re-edited versions on an even sadder note, I asked Eureka if we might see UK Lone Wolf & Cub BD's. The answer was..... no chance. They said that even if they sold as many as the dvds (which they wouldn't), they wouldn't recoup their money. Which implies that the dvd's didn't even break even. Boooooooo!

They're probably also releasing Perfume of the Lady in Black as well...just to spite you...in fact everything you've ever bought on DVD is now getting reissued on blu ray in vastly superior versions.

Good news about those Raro releases; I've held off picking up the dvd releases of these so looking forward to them.

Hot(ish) on the heels of the Mimic Director's Cut BD, Lionsgate are releasing the 3 Mimic films in one set on May 1st (Mimic-Director's Cut, Mimic 2 and Mimic 3: Sentinel). Glad I held off on the first film, or I'd be a little annoyed right now!
