It's a shame Death Proof sucks big fat cock, otherwise I probably would have bought this.

It's funny because I must be one of the only people I know that prefers Death Proof out the two.

Mind you, I wasn't overly amazed by either of them but I still have the separate BD'S of the two.

Hey, each to their own blob. I know a lot of people who love it.

I've got them both on standard DVD and was thinking of picking up the UK Blu of Planet Terror, but I'm in no rush to, as it isn't really a priority for me at the moment. For the next few months, my wallet belongs to Arrow!

For me, the best thing about Death Proof was Kurt Russell.. and Vanessa Ferlito's lapdance obviously and the amazing song during the sequence, Down In Mexico by The Coasters. If anything, Tarantino knows how to pick great music for his films.Thank god I already have the extended BD'S!

The new set looks just like my Japanese set (rub it in) that I've had for a couple of years. I too prefer Death Proof. I just wish this had gone in to be a series of movies.

While it was cool to hear The Coasters in DP, I wish it was the original version The Coasters had recorded rather than the redo. Tarantino has as good of an ear for cool music as John Waters does -- highly appreciated!
