I don't know if anyone can really be prepared for a sale which has spread like wildfire across the Internet (a little like a misprice at Amazon or HMV) and he's been inundated with orders, far more than he could ever have expected.

That said, even though the orders aren't fulfilled immediately, his e-mail communication leaves a lot to be desired.

I think dvdtrash bombarded them with posts on twitter until he got an answer from them regarding his order.

I presume a lot of the delays are due to awaiting stock. Almost EVERYONE I've seen on various forums that bought from them, bought the Zombi DVD. Unsurprising really considering it's the newest, most expensive title (and a generally loved film in horror circles).

Unfortunately I had already ordered it, so I went for two older titles. Not that it didn't take forever for them to ship, but at least it came through within the week of the shipping notice as I hoped.

Yeah I think the biggest delay seems to be re ordering titles as he wont have the stock to fulfil all the orders so waiting for delivery of new stock and the back log means we will be waitin a long time.

He's in a right muddle by the look/sound of things and I know of a lot of people who have already opened PayPal disputes. He's done a log if damage to his reputation by being so incredibly evasive.
