Wouldn't know about the customs charge thing Paul. Maybe you should give them an email to see if its covered? I just ordered TWO EVIL EYES and pre-ordered NIGHT TRAIN MURDERS from there... £12.88 all in - Bargain!. I paid on their site rather than paypal as its states the following on their main page:

"DEAR CUSTOMERS, PAYPAL HAS STRUCK AGAIN AND DECIDED TO SPREAD IT'S HOLIDAY CHEER BY LIMITING OUR ACCOUNT ACCESS...WE ARE STILL LEAVING THE OPTION OPEN TO PAY WITH PAYPAL BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED SHIPMENTS FROM PAYPAL PAYMENTS MAY BE DELAYED UNTIL THEY DECIDE WE ARE LEGIT AGAIN....FOR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS YOU KNOW OF OUR ISSUES WITH THEM. THE GRINCH STRIKES AGAIN "

Probably why its taking them so long to dispatch INTRUDER to me! Looks like you pay up front for pre-orders too. No taking payment upon shipping.

i bought night of the demon from them before and it took a while for them to send it.
it got lost in the mail so they sent another copy after a lot of nagging.
so its hit and miss but good prices.

I have used HME several times and although slow in posting they are quick to respond to messages on Twitter & Facebook. Very tempted to order some of these as well and never had issues so far with custom charges.

I've never used them before, but due to recommendations here and the low prices, ordered the following BDs:
Machine Gun McCain
The Phantom of the Opera (1927)
Django
Baba Yaga

Not seen the Blu of Dead & Buried but that would be my second choice.

I'd get Zombie and Dead and Buried. That's a bargain price for Zombie!

I have them both and well worth it.

Now I have to see what money I can scrape together for a couple myself!

EDIT: On another note, even if they are already slow in shipping, this sale seems to have gone a bit mental from what I can gather so it would surprise me if they held half the stock they'll need. Could be even slower if he has to order in over Christmas/New Year.
