Just in case anyone misses this on the Horror Movie Empire facebook -

Hi everyone, we know many of you are getting to the point of wanting to burst! we understand, again anyone that requests a refund we have no problem taking care of that for you otherwise we please ask that you be patient when sending us e-mails asking about order status, etc. we get literally over 100 e-mails a day ranging from order inquiries to other companies asking if we want to stock their stuff to people asking if we carry certain items...there is a new e-mail for order inquiries it is, in fact, orderinquiry@horrormovieempire.com you'll get a response hopefully within 96 hours. we also will be making the facebook page and twitter account mainly only for posting new products. some of you are frustrated, we get it, we were unprepaired, we get it, we suck, we get it, haha. we got some people on board to help out with everything and hopefully that translates into faster processing and answers. back to work now, thanx everybody! also a note to people that sent e-mails: we just found over 60 in our spam folder so some of you who didn't get responses that might be why. anyhoo we love you all, cheers!

Had nothing in my spam. I do check it every now and again.

I did notice someone mentioning them on another site, and someone commenting how that sounded brilliant (on the 4th Jan). Then on the 14th Jan the same person commented how their blue undergrounds turned up and they were delighted! 10 Days turnaround from ordering!

Which only makes me more annoyed that I ordered on the 19th Dec and am STILL waiting!

Good news and bad news: look for shipping notices within the next day or 2, bad news is i may have to reorder some of the items but at least a good chunk are on their way the rest should be out within the next week. Thank you for your patience!!

I'll hang fire for a bit longer then, as I really do want the items I ordered! Seems like that BU sale really took him by surprise at the sheer volume of sales. But also, it shows that at the right price point a BD distributor can shift a massive wedge of stock very quickly. I bet BU are delighted at the high volume of sales. Over a 1000 orders in a week, according to the guy at HME. If they're mostly BU titles, then BU must be wondering what's going on, selling so much stock in one go!

It's been about a month since I ordered and at the risk of sounding a little too accomodating, I've left checking on it for a while based upon what I've read here. The prices were cheap enough that I can't get too excited about the delay. But the FB update not only reminded me that I've got these on order, it reassured me that they appear ot be taking this seriously.

Yeah, enough people have received orders now (including here) to show they're genuine and the updates are appreciated - as a small outfit, there's got to be some leniency on our end. As I say, it's the lack of shipping notice that's annoying, especially when those that were late to the game are getting their orders first! They've probably got people attacking the new orders as they come in to stop them getting bogged down with those they're working on.

Still, itching to get them! And thanks for the updates here folks!
