The world has changed a lot since the heyday of VIPCO

Maybe their 'current' releases would be top-notch

Don't forget that that they were cutting edge back in the day, and often the only way that us Brits could see these films we had only heard about. Yes, they were cut, but at least we could get an idea of what the film was about

For me, VIPCO were eventually bettered by Anchor Bay, and now Anchor Bay have been bettered by Arrow

Lets hope the blu rays wouldnt be like the screamtime collection, and they would have the extravagant VHS art.

The first way I got to see uncut versions of Fulci's classics: Zombie Flesh Eaters, The Beyond and City of the Living Dead was via Vipco's VHS tapes.So, I have to be thankful to them for that.
