While looking in HMV, I came across some titles of Italian exploitation in the horror section, mainly Zombie Creeping Flesh and Zombie Holocaust, I can't remember for sure if there was others. What I did notice however, was that the sleeves seemed to be general printer quality, the blurbs did not list any special features (not even an interactive menu!) and what's even more outrageous, these things were being priced at £10! My friend tells me they are direct rips of Vipco's old releases, does anyone have any info behind this bunch? Out of generosity I would probably buy some of these if they were in Poundland.

Considering this is a fairly niche market full of people who tend to know better about their purchases, this is shatteringly redundant. Oh well, I guess there's money to be made in the same way pick up Asylum films thinking the cover is good. |

You would have thought Mike Lee had learned his lesson by now, if you are going to release cult horror titles aimed directly at hardcore horror fans at least put some consideration into your releases.
