I have Four Flies on Grey Velvet Blu-ray pre-ordered and I think I'll buy The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh next. There are quite a few titles I'm interested in but the lack of Italian audio on them does put me off I must admit.
It seems like you got good taste based on the titles you picked up so far, so I'd strongly recommend you get Footprints. Fantastic film (and it's got Italian Audio)

Yeah that is definitely one I'm interested in despite the slightly lacklustre trailer, I've read good things, thanks for the recommendation.

Edit: Ordered now, it was only £5.49

Good price! Hopefully you won't be disappointed. It's certainly not your typical giallo, but it's one of the most visually stunning films I know.

I was watching the US release of Fulci's Black Cat last night, and noticed that there seems to be a bit of missing footage of a decomposed body in the boathouse scene.
Strangely though, you see the shot on the trailer.

Is Shamelesses release the same version?

I have the Blue Underground release, which is fully uncut according to dvdcompare.

I've never seen Shamelesses.

Ah ok - the Blue Underground Release is also marked as uncut in the German OFDB Database.
What we can do to find out, if the Shameless Release is totally uncut with this scene... is the following:
Please just tell me the minute (Timecode) of the Scene that You mean that is cut/shortened in Your Blue Underground Release and the duration of this Scene - then I will check it for You later as I am just in the mood to watch this Fulci-Movie tonight :-)

I will stop the Time for You then and tell You later, if it is longer in the Shameless Release.

Best Regards!

That scene isn't in any version of the film that I've seen (Shamless, Anchor Bay, the old Redemption dvd) .

It's not rare for trailers to feature shots not in the actual film.

It is true that sometimes trailers show footage never used in the film.

I think all dvd versions have the same boathouse footage missing (I seem to remember there's a noticeable cut?).

Thanks. But it now seems apparent that all versions, including Shamelesses, omit this scene.
