Sorry if youre offended. but i just don't enjoy it. i appreciate that it's well made and acted, even if a lot of Marlon brandos dialogue is unintelligible. but it just doesnt hold my interest at all.
but to each their own

I'm not offended, I just find it interesting how different people like different films for different reasons. I find The Godfather gripping viewing with outstanding performances by the entire cast and outstanding technical work by the crew.

I could say exactly the same thing about Once Upon a Time in America, a film I really like and admire, but would pass over in favour of Coppola's movie if I had to watch only one of these two great gangster movies.
