That looks stunning (and that is only the packaging)! Can't wait to get my hands on it and very glad I contributed to the Kickstarter campaign.

This is worth having on it's own. It was originally on a dvd from Midnight Movies with The Tomb Of Ligeia

I think this is going to to be the highlight of the disc for me (apart from the film of course).

No, not at all! Although because of the Kickstarter campaign 346 out of 1,000 copies have already been sold.

I found the pre-order at the website, it's a little high as we are on basically no income but i will work extra and try to talk the other half into buying for me. if arrow do any other kickstarters will someone kick me and let me know? i would hate to miss out on another project like this, it looks like a lot of work has gone into it.

I would imagine Arrow would want access to the original negative, since there's little point putting out Night of the Living Dead unless you can significantly improve on the many, many existing releases - and the most obvious way of doing that would be to create a brand new scan to contemporary standards.

I know for a fact that James White would leap at the opportunity, but I don't believe he's been offered it.

Well how do i ask? Maybe a kickstarter would encourage a great massive set like the dawn of the dead.
