Hi

I couldn't find anything else relating to the show anywhere so thought I would start a thread. Does anyone else here watch Lost? The last season starts in the UK on Friday (I think) although I'm impatient so watched it earlier on as it aired last night in the US. Superb opening two episodes, gripping as usual and I can't wait for the rest.

Just wanted to get a bit of a discussion going if anyone else does in fact watch the show.

I LOVE lost....best thing to happen to TV.

Just seen the 2 hour ep of season 6, was kinda sad at first. Amazing start to the Final Season. Its a show like no other and while people stop watchin because "its far fetched" or "they dont answer all of the questions", I stay and watch em all as thats what Lost is about, showing u peices of the puzzle and then putting it all together at the end. Now rhats unique for a TV show.

Exactly, I don't understand it when people say they stopped watching during season 2 or 3. Of course nothing is going to be revealed, it's a show shrouded in mystery and intrigue. If they handed you the answers straight away it would be pointless as thats the main attraction of the show, trying to piece the puzzle together. It's this mystery that keeps me watching.

It's kinda like a modern Twin Peaks really, now that is one confusing TV show. Let's hope the Lost ending isn't like the Twin Peaks ending though...

only seen s6ep1 part 1 so far but Lost is THE greatest show of all time and just get's better and better, i hope this final season is better than the season 5 because for me that was the best season they'd done.

Have to say i'm another addict. Probably one of the cleverest TV shows to hit the screen and absolutely compelling.. Such an attention to detail with loads of hidden clues in the background, online, and even in the audio.

I'm looking forward to it finishing now so I can get my life back

I've never missed an episode and the last series so far is mind blowing. I'm curious to see how it all ends, but at the same time it will be sad to see this one going.

the episode that aired in the U.S yesterday was a corker, some good stuff in there... and a lot of ben linus too which is always a bonus.

Widmore is back and has found the island

The plot just thickens, we now have 3 partys on the island, The "smoke monster" party, jacobs protectors party and now Widmore's party. Things are gonna get ugly

Cant wait for next week.

it's gonna be a three way battle at the end with a face off between Jack (obvious winner of candidacy), Flock (fake locke) and jim robinson as to who wins the island. and the battle will be THUNDERDOME - winner stays on.

I think Loke's name is Samael. They basing a few things on greek myth so not 100% sure but I think Jacob and Samael were 2 gods that were having a fued.
There has been some talk on Losty (a term for us Lost fanatics who spend all day thinking up theories :P) forums that his name might be Samael.
