There was also Spitting Image, the closest many of us got to paying attention to the world's news at that age. Much better than 2DTV that came years later.

Yeah i remember Manimal i taught the transformation sequences were so scary when i was a kid. As for the adventure game cant say i have seen that one.

My two favourite shows of late 70's/80's are Monkey & Diff'rent Strokes, probably still my favourite shows of all time! I have the Monkey DVD boxset from Fabulous Films & Season 1 & 2 of Diff'rent Strokes and have been hoping for years they would release the other seasons.

off the the top of my head,who else can remember "the red hand gang",american kids show,early 80s and seemed to be on dureing the summer holidays.

I even enjoy old '80s game shows such as Julian Clary's Sticky Moments, Bullseye and 3-2-1! Yep, you heard that right!
