Default Most Haunted

This show has been shrouded in claims of fakeness and if it's real or not. It has also shot Derek to fame and also condemned him. But I see it as fun and I take it with a pinch of salt.

When there is a slight noise all the presenters run off screaming, so if there was a ghost in the room it would be scared off by the noise and screams of everyone.

So I was just thinking, do you lot like it or think its a load of shit

Derek Acorah, alongside anybody that claims they can speak to the dead, are manipulative, exploitative, shameless, weasely, just horrible in general and a big bunch of cunts. **** 'em.

I share the same opinion on this program as Billy Connolly does here

I'm a firm believer in Poltergeists, hauntings and ghosts having had something of an apparent experience along with the rest of my family when i was a kid. There was an alleged haunted element to what we went through back in the early-mid '80s and i have my own theory on the situation but won't elaborate any further as it's personal.

Admittedly, i enjoyed MH in it's early form but Yvette Fielding's domineering attitude began to grate on me after a while. Also, imo once Acorah jumped ship the program's popularity plunged and struggled to maintain a constant psychic presence with different contributors coming and going.

For further reading on spooky subjects i recommend The Paranormal Caught On Film and the three Ghosts Caught On Film volumes. There's also a compilation publication coming out soon featuring the best images of the latter three tomes.

I didnt like the way Yveyye was like "i don't like this room, lets go to another" while Derek was still doing what they brought him on the show to do. I'd say "look you brought me here to do a job so let me do it"

You could tell Fielding was the 'Queen Bee' of MH and liked to dominate the onscreen proceedings, even though imo Acorah was the program's main power source. She even admitted herself in one episode to being opinionated.
