I don't know why but it's part of the appeal for me. I know it doesn't really work so I'm not sure why that is. I could say the same about the out of place music and the very amateurish shooting style but it all adds to the overall unsettling experience IMO.

The UK disc is very respectable. But it's ever so slightly cut - cockfighting, I believe.
