I must admit to having a soft spot for 'Stacy: Attack of the Schoolgirl Zombies'

Scooby doo on Zombie Island is always a crowd pleaser. With a hellish soundtrack.

BURIAL GROUND, for when dwarf-guy gets oedipal.
DEAD CREATURES, for its Mike Leigh / 'Play For Today' Brit-grime take.
BLACK MAGIC 2 is at least a bit weird, and I think it features zombies but I might be wrong.
MESSIAH OF EVIL.
MANSION OF THE LIVING DEAD for its Blind Dead types getting into some softcore action in a Travel Lodge.

I, Zombie is a strange one from director Andrew Parkinson. Shot on a shoestring, it's small scale but very impressive. It also features a romance between a zombie and his girlfriend, years ahead of Shaun of the Dead as the first Zom-Rom-Com. It has also has a rather cringeworthy scene where he's...*ahem*....relieving himself and it comes off in his hand.

I used to have it on DVD from Fangoria Films. Not a film I'd ever watch again and sold it on years ago.

When I watched Fulci's Zombie Flesh Eaters for the first time many years ago the zombie vs shark scenes were the most outlandish I'd ever seen in a zombie flick.

Don't you just hate when that happens. Kills the moment.

Reading through this thread, I thought no-one was going to mention Burial Ground and I could come along and remind you all Too late!

Apart from the obvious "WTF?" during Zombie Flesheaters (the shark vs zombie scene) my next big "WTF?!!" moment was during Burial Ground with the dwarf playing a kid (or was he? ). Bizarre!

Mostly weird are zombie movies that don't actually have any gore in them.
