I own the older version.
Release date: 2004-09-07 according to dvdaf.

I think this is the new mod dvd-r version,Amazon just replaced the old listing with this one.

I think it is. TBH I'm not really that knowledgeable about all the SW releases (I've had a good 20 or so though) - I saw it coming soon and assumed it was a brand new release instead of a re-issue.
