It was coming out, but it starved to death in the wilderness on its way to the duplication plant. Some survival that was.

I'm kidding, of course. The film was rescued and is now stable in the hospital. Or so Dr Obrero tells me.

New DVD of Dallamano's VENUS IN FURS out in Italy which, by the looks of it, contains both cuts of the film (one of them has a different ending set in an asylum or something) and is English friendly.

Cinekult in Italy are releasing loads of great stuff at the moment but hardly any of their releases are English friendly.
