Just been refused a certificate in Australia

Classification Database - SRPSKI FILM (RC)

As I thought they were better than us at not censoring 18 cert films?

It makes Antichrist look like a kids film, it's that graphic and violent.

The BBFC have never cut RoboCop. At the time of release it was released without cuts. What you are confusing here is the differences between the US R-rated and Unrated versions. The R-rated version is what was submitted over here - indeed, it was the version I imagine that was released theatrically worldwide. It wasn't really until the advent of DVD that we got to see the unrated version. As much as I disagree with the BBFC at times, it's unfair to blame them for cuts they never made.

RoboCop 2 & 3 did suffer minimal cuts, though, amounting to a few seconds.
