Super Street Fighter 2-Snes This is the last installment on the 16 bit consoles, so good it's like gaming candy. All modern beat em-ups came out of the success of this series, just as much fun at home as in the arcades(and good players can be stunning against average ones(as I found on more than one occasion), you really should give this a go as it's gaming royalty. The Super version is the one to go for.

International Superstar Soccer-Snes, The best game of footy up to that point(1994) Kick-Off and FIFA pre-date it but can't compete against this. When I saw this being demoed in Virgin my jaw dropped, a cpu player played a kinda thru-ball, hadn't seen anything like it before. Pro Evo, as it's name implies sprang from this, great with a mate but still cool on your own, just think how much dosh Konami have made off this one concept.(the Japanese version had full voice commentary...on a Snes cart!!)

Axelay-Snes, A supreme shoot-em up with both vertical and horizontal levels and just the right difficultly level, so you can jump in and blast away, a big step up from the Gradius and Nemesis side scrollers, if you get hit you lose a weapon and there's plenty of em to choose. Tho Parodius probably pips it for graphics, Axelay is still my fave Snes blaster. The boss in the lake of fire is a gem.

I used to have the Japanese version of ISS 64 and it was pretty decent. |

| Was never a fan of METAL GEAR SOLID but looooooooooved SILENT HILL. Possibly the scariest game ever.
