Thumbs up Favourite films of 2013?

So it's 2014, a whole new year. Which means new movies on the way!
But what are your favourites of the last year?
Post them down below!
You can either post them in order or in no order at all. Just post up all the movies you loved of 2013.

Some of mine are...

Gravity
The Hobbit: Desolation Of Smaug
The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty
The Incredible Burt Wonderstone
Monsters University
Evil Dead
Pacific Rim

Of course there's a bunch of 2013 films I've yet to see that I expect to be good but for one reason or another haven't got around to it yet.

I'm the same actually. I've been reading and watching everyone's top 10's of 2013 and that's what impulsed me to create this thread but once I had. I realised I've forgotten what I had even seen.

By the way ant, Nice to see that face of yours again. I'm back on CL after taking a break for a year and it's nice to see some friendly, familiar names and pics!

Why was Iron Man 3 bad Biz? I have yet to see it but from the trailers it looked quite good. I was very keen to see it (Even though I still haven't got around to it) I'm a sucker for comic book/superhero movies though. Plus I'm probably bias to the fact that Iron Man is in my top 5 fav superhero's.

Same goes to you as I said for ant, biz. Good to see your name again after returning

I should probably explain that I don't care for superhero films much and didn't particularly like the first two Iron Man films either, so my opinion of it will probably be one of a minority. I only decided to watch it as I was on a plane and it was free. I still consider it the worst of the current trilogy though.

Fair enough. Of course it's each to their own.

I definitely agree with Olympus Has Fallen being bad though. I couldn't even make it through the whole film. Same goes for White House Down. I tried to watch them both and turned them both off around the same time. Whichever I saw second I thought, Wait didn't I already try watch this movie not too long ago?

What is with the whole over the top terrorist invasions of the white house thing!? C'mon America, Is that really what you're afraid of? If so, Don't take your fears out on me...The humble movie goer. I'm just here for a good flick, Not this boring pile of crap.
