Romero from 35mm in Glasgow!

Hey all,

Please see the link below. I'm doing some 35mm screenings of Romero classics and also an accompanying wee course on his work. Will be a superb chance to meet other fans and also to gain a greater understanding of how horror in the sixties, seventies and eighties was approached and received!

I'd love to attend, but distance prevents me from doing so. Although I do find it funny that the course blurb attributes to you Jack Hill's autobiography. If it was an autobiography I don't think it would've been written by you.

I would so love to attend the Day of the Dead showing. I'm off work that week too.

Would take me 4 hours 38 minutes on the train to get there for 18:00 at a cost of £114.20.

Unfortunately the return journey would take 7 hours and 7 minutes so I guess that's out.


Car journey comes out to exactly the same time of 4 hr 38, but would cost me £50 in fuel each way. So not much difference, except I might get back before dawn.


Could you move Glasgow a bit further south?
