The Green Inferno (2013) So the first glimpse of Eli Roth's cannibal movie (in the form of a still) has been released. The cannibal sub genre is the zenith of the 70s/80s exploitation scene for me...but that's just me. I've found most of his output to be a pretty damp squib so I really hope he gets it right with this one. What do the rest of you think, are we in for a triumph or a turkey? |
Hmmm didn't Welcome to the Jungle already do this? |

Not seen it but a 15 rated cannibal flick? How and why? |
Well Eli Roth is a pretty good director, and a fan of the 70's and 80's Cannibal films, so I'm glad that he of all people made a cannibal movie. (By the way, did anyone else hear how Eli showed the natives he was working with what a movie was? Well he showed them Cannibal Holocaust... And they thought it was the funniest thing that they had ever seen:pound::pound:) |
