I have an R4 Umbrella Entertainment of Tenebrae, and I also have the Arrow dvd copy.

The Umbrella has natural grain, Arrow has white grain. Not judging which is better, but I'd probably watch the Umbrella Copy.

The forced subs would be a huge no-no for me though.
I'm quite happy with the Arrow release in the meantime.

I also think that's a great piece of artwork and one I considered buying from Mondo (I think).

They'd probably think the French one looks inferior because it doesn't have the boosted contrast and colours
