Very wise choice on Arrow's part to give the films separate discs.

I haven't seen them either but, like you, I've always wanted to. Actually, always is maybe a bit of a stretch as I didn't when I was at primary school! In any case, I have the Steelbook preordered from Amazon as it's cheapest there at the moment.

Definitely the right way to go.

Have I got this right?
Great new's if it's true. Making me consider getting the dual format edition over the steelbook though.
I believe you're on the right track and i've pre-ordered both dual-format and steelbook editions for the best of both worlds.

Yeah, as long as there's no faults with these releases and tbh it's getting to the point where i'm becoming pretty weary of buying a new Arrow title in case there's a problem with it.

This is what pisses me off... the constant changes!

Whatīs wrong now for Arrow not to include the DVD version on the steelbook?
Problem isnīt the space... so what it it?

The extra expense, perhaps?

I'm personally not bothered. I'm buying it because it's Lady Snowblood in HD! An accompanying DVD copy would be completely surplus to my requirements, as it would never get watched.
Slippery Jack likes this.

What extra expense?

If the steelbook was listed as a dual format in the first place, the cost of it was already accounted for.

I very rarely watch the DVD which comes in a duel format release so, like you, have no problems with the Steelbook being Blu-ray-only.

The Blu-Rays have one film each, while the DVD (which has less storage space) has both? Weird...
