What would happen?

I have over half of the Nastie's Collection, some of the Titles i have are still banned here in the Uk. Beast in Heat, Toxic Zombies, etc..


If i was ever caught in Posession of these Film's, would i be liable for Prosecution?

I suspect the police wouldn't bother about them. They're tasteless but do they actually break the law? They'd be more worried about films in which there is sexualised nudity of actors/actresses under the age of 18 for example, or maybe mondo pictures?

Most of the ones you have, I'd imagine, would probably pass the BBFC more or less intact (minus The Beast in Heat, of course, but what a crap film that is!).

You're right. The Beast in Heat would no doubt be rejected everytime.

I'm not sure about an outright rejection but I would envisage fairly heavy cuts. It's not like the film is just one long rape scene, for instance. There are other bits in between.

Can anyone else shed light on what cuts the BBFC would require for The Beast in Heat to be classified?

As long as you are not copying and selling them then the police cant and wont do anything. As long as its not banned extreme or illegal porn then you can own with no worries as long as you dont own it to copy and sell.
It's not an offense to own for your own collection .

I saw both those. Bumfights wasn't as extreme as I expected but Wackos was hard viewing .

A great deal of cuts. There's a huge amount of sexual violence which features a lot of explicit nudity and this being extreme exploitation, most of it will have to go. Also very graphic in places. I would expect 10 minutes of cuts.
