Hurray, I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that an "Arrow Video" release was listed this month on Germany's infamous "Index (of restricted Movies)" on the "B (as in "suggested for a ban") list" :

Indizierungen*

DVDs

Day of the Dead
Arrow Films, GB
Liste B

Neuindizierung auf Liste B, da der Film in einer anderen Fassung bundesweit beschlagnahmt ist.

The release ended on the lsit because "Day of the Dead" is STILL banned in Germany in other prior incarnations

Now Germany's citizens can feel safe and protected again, because "Blood Feast 2" has just been BANNED!

I wonder if they know whether to laugh or cry!

Look at what Cormans World is up for a 15 on the BBFC.
"Contains gore, sexual violence, sexualised nudity and very strong language"

Now look at why Penetentiary 2 got an 18.
"Contains scene of strong sexual violence"

Muppets.

I imagine the difference between a 15 and 18 certificate will be the 'sexual violence' rather than 'strong sexual violence'. A film with a 12 certificate can include 'sexualised nudity' (as long as it's 'moderate') and The King's Speech was given a 12 certificate despite multiple uses of the 'F word'.

None of which, I imagine, will ever feature in a Muppets movie!

But surely all of the clip's in Cormans World would attribute themself to being just as bad as any rape scene in P2.
And does Meet the feebles count as a Muppets movie?

As I haven't seen it yet, I don't know what scenes of 'sexual violence' are included.

To answer your (rhetorical?) question, no - Meet the Feebles is definitely not a Muppets movie!

I have, and the sexualised scene's where worse than, say, Alien 3 (which also now has a 15) and yet it passed with the same certificate.
As far as i'm concerned the BBFC is run by fool's.

Shame, Meet the Feebles would make an awsome Muppets movie.

when the dummies at BBFC state a film contains 'strong violence, strong sex and strong language' you don't (well I don't!) necessary believe the descriptions on the back of dvds etc
they do tend to exagerrate
because a lot of the scenes are mild in comparison sometimes to other films
we all know they are very and stupidly politically correct
a piece of crap like THE KING'S SPEECH gets away with a 12 because of its 'royal theme' and the King had a speech problem
nevertheless a lot of swearing in the BBFC rules state it should of been a 15
and another piece of crap ABOUT A BOY was censored with same 12 cert, one F word instead of two

double standards as ever from the morons at Soho Sq

Neither of those movies are crap. Sorry, had to be said.
And just because they over exagerate doesn't make it right.
