Always found Decourceys rather pricey (and they paid pennies for stuff!) - Azad Video on Dumbarton Road (the one in Trainspotting) had many a treasure!

Granted they were dearer, usually around six-eight quid, when most other similar places were 3-4 quid.

I watched Amsterdamned recently and absolutely loved it.

A fabulous film with a very intentive storyline. A real cult classic.....and a very catchy theme tune!

I loved it Reaps! Last time I saw was when it was originally on video and was possibly a bit drunk at the time so remembered little about it!

An underwater serial killer? whodathunkit?

Exactly mate!
There's not many films that can claim that setup!

Just watched Amsterdamned for the first time...funny thing is the actor who plays the "maniac" lives in my street!
Door is a Belgian actor who mainly does tv/theatre/musicals.
Decent chap btw.

Azad Video on Dumbaron Road holds a few dear memories for me. I used to get to go in whenever I was down visiting my family. They also had a great store down by Leith in Edinburugh if I'm not mistaken?

Got to laugh at this thread

Cult Labs presents Amsterdamned.

How many more times are you going to present it?

Maybe an Arrow release in another three years.
Pete and Rik like this.
