Yeah, that's from their 1998 release.
They've been going since '88 and are basically 3/4 of The Descendents. Bill Stevenson of Black Flag fame drums for them.

Ha, i have the CD somewhere, listened to constantly back in high school.

I'm more of a Fat Wreck style guy, although I don't mind a bit of Metallica, Megadeth, Boltthrower, Gwar etc.

I love them for being unique, tight-tight musicians, weird chords, complicated bass lines, and mental drumming, yet ever so pop! Light years ahead of Green Day and alike. Plus they are really cool guys.
