Watched Watch Me When I Kill last night, good (though talky) giallo, amazing score & good atmosphere, Michael Koven's observations are very interesting & the restoration comparison is amazing! The film is a different colour!

Apparently 'Bad Dreams' has been passed '18', with the all cuts being waived

The previous release in 1989 (CBS/Fox Video) has 22s of edits to:
  • remove closeup shots of self-mutilation with a knife and a scalpel
  • reduce a scene where a man is repeatedly hit by a car.

Glad to see 88 pushing ahead with the HK titles. I need to play catch up on them now I have a wage coming in (Though im surprisingly up to date checking my collection, Just need super inframan onwards). I also need to grab some of those korean titles. I'll be interested to see what 88 do with two evil eyes as I have the BU release already. Only one I'm not interested in is Bad dreams as I have the double Bill with Visiting hours released stateside. I really like the film though and if you haven't got it yet its worth considering.

I received Gifted earlier this week but haven't watched it yet. I thought Sea Fog was excellent and definitely worth buying. For entirely different reasons, The Super Inframan is an absolute delight and one I want to watch with the English track. It's a hilarious combination of Power Rangers, Iron Man, Superman and maybe even the James Bond films.

Black Magic 2, The Spiritual Boxer and Mind Ripper are all available to preorder (with free postage); I've ordered all three.

Not going to be to everyones tastes but it's immenant scarcity makes it now or never but they have reduced Blood Harvest down to £8.99.

Blood Harvest Ebay

I quite like it but I'm an odd sort. I certainly wouldn't call it good.

Is that a stand alone release or will it be a bonus feature with something else?
I'm not familiar with a lot of Cat III films so I'm definitely interested in learning.
