I love Starsky & Hutch. Lot of action and a great sense of humour.

The Sweeney!

Great music, shot on grainy 16mm, bit-part British character actors!

repeated evening, noon and night on itv4

Kojak was my favourite, though I've narrowly gone for The Sweeney above Starkers & Crutch. They all have extreme nostalgia value for me as I watched them back in the 70's.

I regret to admit that I even have some Telly Savalas albums and David Soul singles (though I passed on Dennis Waterman recordings). However I am continuing with the medication and hope to be back to normal once I am crowned King.

Yeaaahh!....The Professionals!

Still a huge fan of C15 since I was a young boy, way back in late 70's! My fav. character is Bodie cos he does have lots of great scene of humours!

Still currently watching the re-run on ITV4!

I already have TP in a 4 DVD boxsets DVDs!...even all the boxsets of S&H & The Sweeney!

I have the boxed set of all 4 seasons & the series has held up really well though the violence was noticably toned down in later episodes.I believe one episode where Hutch is hooked on drugs was not screened on BBC 1 originally.I also have a soft spot for Crime Story as dennis farina was terrific in it .I was never that keen on Miami Vice. The Sweeney to be honest I've only really watched the films but I intend to pick up the boxset.

Yes The Fix was banned by the BBC and never shown, and this despite the show going out after 9pm on Saturday nights. It was also heavily criticised for its violence (looks rather tame now) and eventually by the 3rd season gradually began to tone down its content. It was the kiss of death really for the show as they began to focus on less violent story lines. By the 4th season it was all over. The Fix was eventually shown on C4 many years later. Afraid I didn't think much of the 4th season, I just thought the show had lost its touch and was beginning to look rather silly. I thought the second season was the best.

The Equalizer, Edward Woodword, that overcoat and his Walther PPK just done it for me.
Pure class. Still as great today as it was back then.

As good as Callan.
