Because they knew full well what he'd been up to and allowed him to vend anyway. Not only that, but I imagine he took orders from prospective customers, orders that I imagine haven't shown up for those people. So they allowed him to rip people off and enabled him to create the veneer of being a proper business. That's my problem. It's the fact that they just didn't care and wanted his money more than protecting their customers from this thief. That's appalling.

I get what you mean but if they had it sold to him ahead of time kicking hm may have had legal ramifications

I'd never buy from the guy myself after reading that nightmare thread. I can understand Horror Hounds position as well though. I'm sure they spoke with the guy and hopefully regulated his table.

I turn from a magazine when they promote crap. When Rue Morgue promoted A Serbian film I didn't buy for six months. I passed on horror hound when they promoted the horrible Dark Shadows remake Travesty.
