in the space of three posts so Smulders or Smolders, does it matter?

twin peaks episode 6.

Harry dean stanton's character from fire walk with me returns. Coop is still dougie and we get a dwarf ice-pick murder rampage. Drug dealers appear to perform actual magic and Diane appears! Glad to say the show is maintaining its high quality!

Bad Education. Series 1 to 3.

This reminded me of Cult Labs a few years ago...endless knob jokes, stupidity and bumming. Happy days.

Funny or Die. Movie Trailers

Spot on mix of satire and homage to the films mocked. John Carpenter introduces Charlie Brown/Peanuts as a Halloween style slasher...Billy Crystal and Helen Mirren star in a blood soaked, vampire sequel to When Harry Met Sally. Rugrats becomes a nightmare. The Karate Kid one is great. Presently on Amazon Prime. Worth a look, each one is only a couple of minutes long and very well made.

I finished the latest season of House of Cards last night. It is another great series of a brilliant show with top-notch acting and a storyline in which life imitates art and vice versa.

I then started watching Inside No. 9, which I somehow didn't see when it was first broadcast, and have nearly finished the first series. I have really enjoyed the different episodes, with Sardines and Tom & Gerri as standouts so far.

Default What TV Have You Seen?

I didn't like the latest season of House Of Cards at all, it's gone on a couple of seasons too long in my opinion. The acting is still top notch, and I thought the finale was well executed, but most of it just left me cold and uninterested. There is a far wackier plot line being played out in real life which is unfortunate for the show I guess.

Episode six of Twin Peaks was another brilliantly crafted hour of TV, but I'm still waiting for the hook, I've admired every episode so far, but it hasn't quite connected. I have a feeling, despite Lynch hoping for the opposite, it may be a show that improves via 'binge watching'. Still, far more imaginative than anything else on TV.

Going to binge Riviera over the weekend.
