Watched the second episode of Baywatch, the breaks are badly edited out. But will continue with the show as it takes no concentration and its quite relaxing. But I'm still expecting a black trans am to come out of the water!

Previously, I appreciated The Return more than enjoying it. It had its moments and it's still the most imaginative show on TV, but something was just a bit 'off'. Episodes six, and especially seven, changed that. I thought both episodes were superb and the narrative is becoming clearer. I also really dig the little tie-ins with Mark Frost's book. I really want a T-Shirt with 'F**k you Tammy' printed across the front !! Sent from my PLK-L01 using Tapatalk |

Baywatch Season 6 - Trapped Beneath the Sea (1995) A two part thrill ride opening to the sixth season with a second episode which was pure adrenaline fueled rescue action from start to finish as some young people became trapped on an abandoned offshore oil platform. Attempting a rescue life guards Neely (Gina Lee Nolin) and newboy, Cody, (David Chokachi) also become trapped as a once submerged mine explodes and sinks the platform. Wow! What a stunner my introduction to Baywatch was. I'm not expecting every story line to be this good but i'm certainly hooked. Sure there's an abundance of slow motion running featuring bouncing breasts and rippling torsos, although not during the second episode i might add, but it's all part of the fun. Whilst the shots of the rig collapsing into the water left something to be desired, the underwater filming and cinematography was excellent. In fact it was all a hell of a lot better than i was expecting. All in all Trapped Beneath the Sea was an action packed, fun filled, 80 minutes that i really enjoyed. |

I'm working my way through the original The Tomorrow People box-set. Wow, just Wow! Jaw droppingly brilliant sci-fi from the 1970s. From the fantastically creepy opening credits/music to the seen to believed aliens/creatures/robots (Thing, anyone? ), I can whole heartedly recommend this to anyone with a love of UK sci-fi ala Dr Who. 10/10. *For the cherry on top of the dessert, each of the 68 episodes has a cast and crew commentary which is as entertaining as each episode.*
