Main feature (9pm): The Living Dead At The Manchester Morgue (aka don't open the window), support feature: (7pm) Zombie Creeping Flesh (aka Hell of the Living Dead) and grindhouse trailer classics, a selection of old school trash cinema's best trailers. Popcorn avaliable £1 a bag.

This is something I've set up through talking to the owner of the bar, Cinema Surgery is my chance to share my obsession with cult film with the masses. I'll be giving a brief fun and informative introduction to each film and aim to show the best available versions of all films shown. That poster definately works mate. I passed it in Charminster and had to double check it owing to my shock that such a film night was being put on so locally.

You are most welcome, I'm equally hyped to know that I'll be in the company of a fellow Cult Labs member other than my buddy Psycho Butcher. Be sure to introduce yourself and pick up a 'Sick Note' on which you can write all your movie suggestions for future shows. More good news my fellow medic, Cinema Surgery will be taking up monthly residence at the Winchester from Monday October 10th so you'll be able to get your movie medication TWICE a month!

This is wild and fantastic. Could never foresee a one off let alone a bi-monthly film event, ahaha.
I've bought a new shirt for the event from fright rags, I'm hoping my Brain Damage shirt will arrive in time. Otherwise it's Basketcase. My The Beyond shirt got thrown out by an ex gf
I know it's not particularly horrific but I'm particularly obsessed with Dellamorte Dellamore. Yes, I'm ranting now, too excited.

That's cool, looking forward to checking the t-shirt and a damn shame 'bout the Beyond shirt though. As for paying to get in that may well be a factor at the Winchester shows as they're going to be a bit special (Dj's, live bands and of course all the cult movie goodness you can take), it's early days yet and there's plenty of fun planned in the mean time. That reminds me, I most post the details for next month's show.

I've got some pretty solid confirmation from at least one band for the winchester. We'll need to sort something out a bit closer to the time as per whats expected etc although I'm already working on a cover of White Zombie's brilliant 'thunderkiss 65'
