Default movie mistakes;invasion of the blood farmers!

hi all, please move if in wrong section.
many films, not just horror have there fair share of mistakes!wether it be a knife comeing out with no blood or someone getting stabbed in the leg and limping ,but in the next shot,no limping but actually running!
you also get the odd shot with camera crew in and reflections of other people in windows, etc, etc.
so what is the worst mistake you have noticed?

back in the 80s there was a film called " invasion of the blood farmers ".anyone seen it?
any way in one scene a woman was walking through the woods at night.one minute she was wearing a pair of jeans, and in the next shot { after a bit of scenery,i think }she was wearing a mini skirt!!! we actually rewound it to see if it was correct.and it was !
anybody else remember this mistake?
would love to see this clip again if anybody can help?

What do you expect from director Ed Adlum, he played the yeti in "Shriek of the Mutilated" I think at least one of the Findlay's of "Snuff" infamy may have been involved in this film too. With that pedigree...

I have a few books at home about movie mistakes. You'd be surprised how many are in big budget or award winning films. For pure continuity cock ups though, you just have to watch the films of Ed Wood.

Here is a funny goof from The Beast in Heat where you can see the cameraman's shadow:

I'm not sure what the worst one I've seen is, there's loads!
I'll pick a few.
Nail gun massacre has a really bad mistake in it where you can clearly see the camera crew in the reflection of the car.
There's an awful one in strip nude for your killer, where you can see the camera and camera crew in the reflection of a mirror as the camera dollies left.
Also, there's countless ones in zombie lake, including one where you can see the edges of the swimming pool that's supposed to be the lake.
One more I have to mention is in manhattan baby, where birds on clearly visible wires attack one of the characters.

The cameraman (or whoever it is) in the cab in a big epic shot during the end chase in Mad Max 2 sticks with me.

My favourite is the cliff fall in Deodato's Body Count where they have made no apparent effort whatsoever to make the stunt double resemble the actor.
