Default Action trash

Remember all those '80's action rip-offs that appeared from nowhere on video during the Regan era? Blether about them here.....

Anyone remember FINAL MISSION on the THORN EMI label?
I'm sure it was an Italian or (European anyway) FIRST BLOOD rip off.......

I remember an old late 70's film called The Hunted (aka Johnny Vik) which was repackaged on video to look like a Rambo film, despite bearing little resemblance to one.

Remember this one from one of our favourite Italian horror/exploitation directors ?:-
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099843/
Released by CBS /FOX on video here surprisingly & not one of the usual outfits like Medusa.

One of the best 80's action trash movies is Invasion U.S.A.

Bit of an obscurity this one,but can anyone remember the william fruet flick, trapped, starring henry silva. Concerns a bloke caught shagging the main protagonists missus, and gets tarred and feathered then hunted down by a gang of rednecks.
Brilliant stuff, and for once the film lived up to the trailer(which sold it bigtime.)

Was out on the vro label, along with madman.

Anyone know if this has had a dvd release anywhere?

Have a look at Code Red's website mate. There are some other good 'un's there.
Sad thing is Code Red's releases tend to get put back sometimes....

Anyway, anyone know the FINAL MISSION film I'm talking about?
