Default Guyver (aka Mutronics) (1991)

Ok does anyone else wish a uk release of the first guyver movie would show up on dvd. so far they have only released a region 1 of the directors cut but for some reason it has most of the best gore scenes cut .

Is that the one with Mark Hamil? I didn't realise there were more.
I remember my local video shop having a full size cardboard cut out of the film when it came out.

only saw this on vhs many moons ago. yeah would be cool to get a real good release, at least this was better than Guyver: Dark Hero.

yeah the first guyver movie which was called mutronics in the uk starred mark hamil.

one thing that most people dont realise is that screaming mad george did all the special effects and costumes for the movie.

screaming mad george did indeed co-direct with steve wang as well as do the special effects.

yeah i love that scene it looks so damn awesome whats great is jeffrey combs is in the movie too playing a character called dr east for those of you who dont know jeffrey combs he plays dr west in the re-animator.
