The gore is so over-the-top, even cartoon-ish, I hadn't even thought about possible cuts.

I know it's banned here in Australia, so i don't like the BBFC chances..

I've got an uncut version of D'Amato's Beyond the Darkness, I personally can't see anything that the BBFC would have problems with.

like i said i have not seen the film for some time
it would be great if one of D'Amato's best films was released over here
and of course w/extras

It's all standard gore fx, no animal cruelty, although there is a real looking dead monkey that the main psycho is going to use to practice his taxidermy skills on.As for sexualized violence, there is a part where psycho man rips the throat out of a young girl he's trying to bed, with his teeth! Apart from that, I can't think of anything else.The film did have some notoriety years back concerning a real corpse being used for the autopsy scene, but that's complete rubbish.The corpse in question is Cinzia Monreale (Emily in Fulci's The Beyond), still alive & well and giving interviews on her roles in Italian horror films.

Edit: I see that it is all Arrow releases mentioned. What I ment to say was has there been any announcements for Shameless? I see that there are none, so no worries.
