Never seen this but having read the excellent review over at 42nd Street Cinema I just know this needs and deserves the ol' yellow box treatment! What say you peeps?

There's a good thread, which discusses the film here for those who are unfamiliar with its 'charms'!

As for Shameless releasing it, I'd definitely be interested, if only to see how it fares with the BBFC!

I doubt whether the hardcore version would get through without any cuts to some of the sex scenes, but I'd also be unsure whether any of the sexualised violence would also be cut.

Overall I found it very silly, and certainly a bizarre film to watch. It's gained notoriety over the years, mainly for being odd, explicit, and a bit of a curio, but even though it's poorly made and a bit tiresome I'd still like to see it get a UK release one day.

I watched this one the other day on my Lovefilm account ( Which i shall also add has many shameless titles to view online ). I would certainly buy this one in a yellow sleeve.

It's certinly different enough to give it a watch. It's a film that I felt could of only come out of the anything goes decade that was the '70s. Family viewing it is not though!

I thought so. The way people were going on when it was released you'd think it was the most disturbing film ever but it's not at all. It's just boring.
